Welcome to the Digital Archives System! We aim at creating a platform for our College collections in this data-based system. For us, it means keeping and making the growing collections and other forms of digital content safe, private, updated and easily accessible for the SPC family members.

We need your help to maintain and sustain the Digital Archives System. You are most welcome to contribute any precious digital collections to the Archives, and help to maintain the accuracy of their information by notifying us of any errors and copyright issues. You are also acknowledging the fact that if you provide any content to the Archives, you grant us a free right to use the provided content.

The Digital Archives System respects the property rights and other proprietary rights of others. It holds no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability and legal accessibility of the content in the collections. If you believe that your property right has been violated by materials available through the system, please inform us at your earliest convenience. They will be corrected or removed if an infringement of the property rights of the others has been confirmed.

These terms of agreement govern the use of the Archives collections available in this data-based system. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Archives collections.
